Produced from grapes grown in shale soils, only A stone’s throw south from the Swartland region, this wine is created using a unique blend of sauvignon blanc & 30 day skin-contact colombard.

Notes of granadilla, yellow stone fruit, guava and fynbos  are noticeable, alongside a lingering, moreish hint of banana pee

Origin: Swartland, South Africa

Components: 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Skin-contact Colombard

Soil/Climate: Decomposed granite & shale / dry, unirrigated bush vines

Vintage Notes:  A rich nose of granadilla, elder flower & pear bring the palate to pineapple, passion fruit & lime with a slightly salty, herb character, reminiscent of the indigenous Spekboom. Brightness, freshness & intricacy.
